Consultation & Rapid Prototype

Whether you have idea, concept or design, Mustronics can help at all stages of product research, product, prototype and production. Our attention to detail ensures that client’s products are always designed to meet DFM standards. We provide full turnkey solutions as a value-added service. 

Reverse engineering 

Mustronics has helped clients reverse engineer older products that have required re-designing or modification.  This is often the only option when components needing repair can no longer be sourced.

We provide procurement services that help our clients to get access to better contracts with vendors helping them save money, time and effort. Our effective procurement strategy includes everything from identifying the goods and services a company needs right through to maintaining the right documentation and records.

testing and reporting 

Mustronics works closely with our strategic partner who tests our electronic components, including visual inspection and functional testing.  We provide component test and analysis reports upon request.

logistics consolidation 

Mustronics’ services include stocking and delivery logistics if required, which allows clients to simply place orders and we take care of all the logistics of getting the product drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Rigid & Flexi Printed Circuit Boards

Mustronics offer full printed circuit board services, from low volume, quick-turn prototype manufactuting to medium and high volume production.

We offer a range of circuit board products, from single-sided through to 6 layers [for FLEXIBLE PCB's] and 30 layers [for RIGID PCB's]. Our products are manufactured by ISO 9001 and UL approved manufacturers and meet all IPC 610 Standards. Plus, we panelise circuits to save production costs for our clients during PCB manufacturing.  

Contract Manufacturing 

Mustronics provides contract manufacturing solutions, including printed circuit board assembly as well as plastic and metal cases.

Printed circuit board assembly (PCBA)

Mustronics offers full turnkey solutions with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (Medical Grade) & MFi Standards.

Our service includes sourcing all the parts of electronic production, providing clients with the benefit of being able to focus on design and development.

Once a prototype is developed, approved, qualified and tested, Mustronics assists to launch product to manufacture and can manage all the detail related to the component supply chain.
